Lynn Mullis-Timmons
Lynn has worked in IT at HCA Healthcare for over twenty-eight years. Through HCA’s encouragement to volunteer in the community she became more involved with local non-profits. She has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others.
Her relationship with Possibility Place began with donating items for the Christmas Store in 2016. Through Possibility Place, Lynn sees first-hand how building the life & vocational skills of adults with special needs can bring a positive transformation to their lives. Having a nephew who has an intellectual disability has shown her how valuable and impactful these programs are for learning and job skill training.
Lynn lives with her husband in Smyrna, Tennessee. She loves Jesus, her family, and Georgia Bulldog football. In the evening, she is writing notes to our pals, senior citizens, deployed troops, veterans, and others in need. Sharing the love of Jesus one card at a time brings her joy.

Preston Adcock
Preston Adcock, a Smithville, TN native, has lived and worked in Murfreesboro since 2011. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, He became a Leadership Rutherford Alumni and currently serves on the Board of Murfreesboro Young Professionals and as a Diplomat for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. Preston joined the Board of Possibility Place in 2023.
Professionally, he is the current Vice President and Relationship Manager at United Community Bank and dedicates himself to
providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with business owners throughout the community. Preston can usually be found attending community events, golfing, or just enjoying a glass of bourbon with some barbecue in his back yard.

Ashley Holloway
A Certified Public Accountant, Ashley is the owner of Holloway Accounting Services, LLC. Ashley is a Murfreesboro native, and she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Ashley is affiliated with the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of CPA’s, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital Board of Directors, the Smart Bank Advisory Board in Rutherford County, and she is an active member of The Charity Circle of Murfreesboro Ashley is also a Past President of the Junior League of Murfreesboro.
She and her husband, Garrett, have been married for seventeen years and have a twelve-year-old son, Davis. Ashley enjoys traveling, volunteering, and playing golf.

Grace Tant
Grace Tant is the Board Secretary for Possibility Place. She works as a title processor with Gateway Title Services and also serves on the board for Murfreesboro Young Professionals. A Murfreesboro native, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2015 and married her husband Kyle in October 2017. They welcomed their first child Alice in December 2023. In her free time, she loves cooking, traveling, reading, and playing with her two dogs Khaleesi & Cooper.

Robin Hutchinson
Robin Hutchinson is a lifetime resident of Murfreesboro and has a heart for this community. She is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a background of working with children with special needs. Robin is also a member of Charity Circle of Murfreesboro and One Church Calvary. Robin and her husband have been married for 10 years and have 2 small children.

Christopher Lacy
Christopher works part-time at Just Love Coffee and has been there for over 3 years. He attended Possibility Place for 5 years and enjoyed everything especially seeing friends, volunteering in the community, and performing in Night of Possibilities. Christopher hopes to share his former Pal view with the other Board members and looks forward to serving with them.

Rachael Goonan
Rachael Goonan is a Tennessee native, wife to TJ, mother to Reece (6) and Mallie (3), and a small business owner. Rachael is one of the owners of Champy's Chicken in Murfreesboro and Smyrna with her husband, sister-in-law (Sam), and brother-in-law (Jonathan).
When she isn't big a full-time mom & running a small local restaurant that employs over 150 people, Rachael is on the board as a Special Events Director for Murfreesboro Young Professional Group, a Diplomat for Rutherford County, HSA member as well as a room coordinator for Saint Ann's School, and on the board of Possibility Place.
Even though there is a full schedule most days, Rachael still makes time for date nights, traveling with family, sports events, and hanging with her children.

Clare Marling
Meet Clare Marling, the Assistant Vice President/Office Manager of Murfreesboro’s Wilson Bank and Trust location on South Church Street. Wilson Bank and Trust is a local, independently owned community bank established in 1987 and currently serves 8 counties with 30 locations in the Middle Tennessee area. With 15 years of experience and a heart for people, she uses her knowledge and experience to assist her customers with their financial needs. From the purchase of their first home, the construction of their dream home, or expanding their financial stability with an investment purchase, Clare stives to provide exceptional service to each customer.
Clare moved to Murfreesboro in 2017 with her husband Nathan and 7-year-old son, Brody. When not at work, you can find Clare and her family watching their son, Brody play football and baseball. They also enjoy going to the lake, hiking, camping, and attending sporting events.

Yaz Hassan
Yaz has been a Financial Advisor for over 25 years and is proud of each relationship he has the privilege to work with. He is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and plan for their family’s future. The Hassan Oldham Group, now 12 years young, believes family values are the cornerstone of every client relationship. Daily, Yaz advocates, counsels, and plans with clients and their families. He has been named one of the “Top 1200 Financial Advisors” by Barron’s for ten consecutive years.

Yaz attended school at The University of Tennessee before an internship with Courier Printing turned into a job offer. He then worked and finished his degree in Finance at MTSU. His job at Courier made him recognize his love of the client relationship and allowed for real-world experience in taking care of clients, which was great training for getting started in this business. Given the opportunity by J.C. Bradford, Yaz got his start in Financial Services. Yaz loved the business and the study of financial markets, right away he had made a great decision. As a result of his love and commitment to lifelong learning and growth, he completed a three-year course at the Securities Industry Institute® at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
Yaz is a board member of The Community Foundation of Rutherford County, Possibility Place and is a parishioner at St. Rose of Lima. In the past, he has served as Treasurer of United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Yaz and his wife, Jennifer, have two Children, Emil, and Hannah, both graduates of Oakland High School. His daughter Hannah received her degree from Belmont University and is currently attending Belmont for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His son, Emil, attends Possibility Place, a 501c3 here in Murfreesboro which serves adults with special needs.

Claire Maxwell
Claire D. Maxwell was born and raised in Rutherford County. She graduated from Riverdale
High School and then attended the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of
Arts in History.
Claire and her husband, Austin, have four sons. They enjoy spending time with family and
traveling.
Claire serves on the Rutherford County School Board and Juvenile Detention Board. She was a
founding board member for the Tennessee Fisher House and helped raise funds to build the first
Fisher House on the Alvin C. York VA Campus.
Perhaps the most noted role, Claire is the founder of Camp Wonder, a summer camp for
children with disabilities, in partnership with the Discovery Center. Claire created the camp in
2018 to provide a fun and safe environment for high school special needs students to enjoy
activities, make friends, and learn new skills.

Beth Ussery
Beth Ussery has an undergraduate degree from MTSU and earned her Master’s degree in Fitness and Wellness from The University of Memphis. She is a former Health/Fitness Instructor, MTSU adjunct instructor, CPR instructor, water safety instructor and Saint Rose School physical education teacher. She is a member of The Charity Circle of Murfreesboro and volunteers her time for several nonprofits in Rutherford county. She is married to Mike Ussery and has three wonderful children, Marshall, Patrick and Anne Elizabeth.

Jaymie White
Jaymie, from Rutherford County, Tennessee, has dedicated 28 years to her company, currently serving as a product specialist and Senior customer service manager for ProTrition, a joint venture between Purina and Tennessee Farmers Co-op.
With a passion for travel, Jaymie is also celebrating life as a newlywed. She and her husband attend The Experience community church in Murfreesboro. They have a passion for volunteer opportunities and serving their community.
Jaymie has three grown children Who she enjoys spending time with and cracking all the puzzles at the escape rooms around middle Tennessee!
She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) at the age of 50, with a double major in Sociology and Business Management. Highlighting her commitment to lifelong learning and personal achievement.
